Please read the following information concerning the 2026-2027 classroom policies and procedures. If there are any changes, this will be communicated to students immediately.
Classroom Rules
1. Be on time, on-task and prepared to learn everyday.
2. Be responsible for your own learning.
3. Be respectful - teacher, classroom, other students
4. Tidy your area.
5. Keep personal electronics in your locker.
Consequences
1. Verbal warning
2. Parent contact
3. Administrative interaction
Classroom Routine
1. Come into class quietly and check the board for the items needed during the lesson and the “Do Now.”
2. Follow the directions posted on the daily agenda.
3. Follow teacher directions at the end of class - two minute countdown routine.
Homework and Assignments
1. Assignments and materials will be posted on Google Classroom.
2. To receive full credit, assignments must be submitted to Google Classroom by 8:00 AM on the due date.
3. If homework is received late or incomplete, points will be deducted. The number of points deducted is dependent on the type/complexity of the assignment.
Retakes
Test and quiz retakes/corrections are not permitted.
Absences
It is the student’s responsibility to complete any missed classwork and homework in an appropriate time frame. You receive a day for every absence to complete the work. Students must speak with Mrs. Campbell to clarify the assignment and set up appropriate due dates.
Academic Dishonesty
As outlined in the student/parent handbook.
1st Offense
Teacher contacts parent/guardian
Teacher assigns a detention
Teacher determines potential academic consequence (loss of credit)
Teacher informs administration
2nd Offense
Teacher contacts parent/guardian
Teacher determines potential academic consequence (loss of credit)
Submit discipline referral to office
Administration contact parent/guardian
Administration meets with student/assigns consequence
Extra Help
Tuesday & Wednesday mornings, by appointment only.
