1Hello! My name is Ms. Crittenden and I've been teaching for 11 years but this is my fifth year at Spackenkill! Before coming here I was a teacher in first through third grades. I couldn't be more excited to be here, teaching at Hagan. In school, I love phonics and the science of reading, small groups, reading fun stories, and working on math problems! At home, I have a husband and two kids! My oldest is Sylvan (6 years old) and my youngest is Rose (5 years old). We all enjoy hiking in the woods and up mountains. One of my favorite things is seeing hawks, eagles, and other birds of prey in the wild on my hikes! I also love to do yoga and read books. One of my favorite activities is making muffins and cookies, but I think the best food is macaroni and cheese.Â
Meet the Crittenden-Clancy family! We even like hiking in the winter - there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothes. Before we had kids, my husband Dylan and I hiked Hadrian's wall in northern England. We hope to travel again someday soon!
Sylvan (6 years old) and Rose (5 years old) are my two kids! Sylvan loves to read, eat and make cakes and pies, and run around the house. Rose loves jumping, singing, and eating. She likes playing in pillow forts and singing songs.
