Requesting A Transcript from Spackenkill High School

For alumni needing to request a transcript, please email your request including your name, year of graduation, and where you would like the transcript to be sent to transcriptrequest@sufsdny.org.


Requesting A Transcript from Dutchess Community College

If you took AP Language, English 12H DCC Dual, Public Speaking Dual, Participation in Government Honors Dual, Pre-Calculus Honors (through June 2020), Pre-Calculus Dual (2020-2021 school year and later), Calculus 1H Dual, and/or AP Biology Dual and you would like to submit those credits to the college you are attending, please request a transcript from Dutchess Community College. When you order your transcript please remember to select hold grades until the end of the semester or hold for high school grades.


Requesting Information from Project Lead the Way

If you took Introduction to Engineering Design, Principles of Engineering, and/or Environmental Sustainability and you would like information about obtaining credit from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) or having your transcript sent from RIT, please contact the Project Lead the Way office at (585) 475-4609.


Requesting Information from SUNY Albany (University in the High School)

If you took the Science Research course(s) and paid for credit through SUNY Albany and you would like to submit those credits to the college you are attending, please request a transcript from SUNY Albany. When you order your transcript please remember to select hold grades until the end of the semester. Please see your guidance counselor with any questions.


Requesting Advanced Placement Exam Scores

If you took any Advanced Placement courses and took any AP exams, please check with the college that you will be attending to see what scores they will accept for credit. If your scores will earn you credit, please visit the College Board website to have your AP Exam scores sent to the school you will be attending. If you took any exams during your senior year, please wait until those grades have posted to your College Board account so you do not do this twice.
