The Director of a Communications team hired me following the acquisition of his employer, to prepare the team for changes ahead, whilst maintaining their wellbeing and performance levels. Also to ensure they were ready to secure new jobs either in the newly enlarged organisation or externally. I delivered on those aims through a bespoke version of Get Market Ready & Get Appointed programmes.
