Etrieve Forms

In our efforts to reduce the need for paper, Shenandoah University utilizes Etrieve as its e-form and document storage solution. 

Below you will find instructions for using Etrieve e-forms. 

If you would like to request a new  Etrieve form, please fill out an Enterprise Systems Project Request Form and select "New Etrieve Form" as the Project Type.
