STVPS PTA - Christmas Fair 25

This year's Christmas Fair is on Saturday 29th November 2025 – 1-5pm. Come along and join us for this magical event with some first time experiences for St Vincent's! We're so excited for the fabulous attractions we are planning for all of our families! We will be having stalls inside & outside of the School so please wrap up warm so you can enjoy them.

Delicious festive treats will be coming hot out of the kitchen so come with hungry tummies. Get ready to wash these down with our infamous Mulled Wine or scrummy Hot Choc - Plus this year we are excited to welcome Ethiopian Coffee to refresh with too!

Live Music - We are thrilled to announce that our School Choirs will be serenading us from 2pm and we will have the KS1 Choir accompanied by the Guitar Club for the first time! We also are so excited that Offbeat Choir will be returning to perform plus a Band from AB Music Academy!

Volunteers - We need as much help as we can get to run this events - if you can spare time before, during or after to set up, run a stall or clear up - please put your name down on our Volunteer Spreadsheet HERE - Thank you so much!

Santa's Grotto Tickets - £6.00 - only 225 available please buy now to avoid disappointment!

Introducing a new & exciting outdoor Grotto experience for your children this year! Bring them along to see Father Christmas in his Sleigh accompanied by two of his beautiful Reindeer. The experience will include a chat with the big guy, a small gift & time to feed and talk to the Reindeer.

Father Christmas will be posing for pre booked photos with your children taken by a Professional Photographer -these are only available if you have booked a Grotto slot. These will be first come, first serve as there are a limited amount available per Grotto slot. Please book only ONE per family to allow for everyone to get a chance to have one.

Please note for Children who sing in the School Choir they will be performing in the hall at these times:

KS1 Choir - 14:00 - 14:20 KS2 Choir - 14:25 - 14:45

Your own photos of the Reindeer & your children can be taken at any time by you. If there is time at the end of each session we may be able to allow a few of your own quick snaps with Father Christmas but we cannot guarantee this!

Professional Photos will be taken By Terence Joseph Photography who worked with us in the Summer to provide a Family Photo Shoot for our raffle! Check them out here!

We have been so lucky to be gifted an amazing 2 Night Stay for a Family of 4 in Paris!!!!!

Decorations & Lights Donations

If you're looking to refresh your Christmas theme & decorations or LED/Battery operated lights this year, please can you donate your much loved beauties to our Christmas Fair decorating stash? Lights, Baubles, Bunting, Stars, Figurines, Garlands, Wreaths - we'll take it all! This is all part of the PTA's efforts support the School in their efforts to be as Sustainable as we possibly can!

These items will be due in to school on Monday 3rd November. When we return after half term!

Snowflakes

After the success of last year's snowflake making initiative we have brought it back. Some of the snowflakes last year were stunning, we were humbled by your efforts! The School looked absolutely beautiful! We aim to have enough this year to decorate classrooms too!

This year, we ask for as many big snowflakes as you have paper for! The bigger the better as these are much easier to reuse again in the future - this will be our aim! Any paper, card or even cardboard can be used! The tutorial we have linked is very easy to follow but you will find many underneath it on the page which will give other making options. Snowflakes are due back to Class Teachers on Monday 24th November!
