Monday - White lies - write a simple, funny statement about yourself that others know is not true (should not be an insult or cruel). Please be sure these are school-appropriate. Extra white shirts will be in Mr. Cochrane's office for those who do not have an appropriate white lie.
Tuesday - Pajama day
Wednesday - Jersey Day
Thursday - College shirt/sweatshirt day, or if a student is entering the workforce, they wear STVM spirit wear
Friday - Dress up for Farewell Mass, followed by All Out Green and Gold attire to change into for House Olympics.
Parents' Club is accepting donations of gently-used uniforms, spirit wear, and athletic wear. Items may be dropped off at the main office during normal school hours. Parents, if you are coming to school for the Farewell Mass on May 2, bring a load of used uniforms with you and drop them off!

Please save and make copies of all merit scholarship offers that students have received from all the colleges to which they have been accepted. Please note we just need merit offers--not loans, grants, etc. Your student should bring all copies of their merit scholarship letters to Ms. Jessica Henry, the College & Career Counselor, as soon as they are received, so they can be entered into Naviance. This information is critical for STVM and will also be included in the graduation program listed under your student and their accomplishments. If these are not turned in by April 17th we cannot guarantee they will be listed in the graduation program.
Academic Excellence and Senior Awards Night will be held on Wednesday, April 30 at 7:00 PM in the Arena. Please note the new time.
Ms. Henry recently sent an email reminding seniors about the important next steps in the college selection process, including comparing offers from the schools they've been accepted to as well as officially accepting admission and other important next steps. Please note that this is a time-sensitive issue, so please see that email ASAP for details.
Seniors should continue to visit Ms. Henry in her office during school hours for assistance with post-high school plans and for support with college decisions. Parents may also reach Ms. Henry by emailing her at jhenry@stvm.com or calling (330) 253-9113 Ext. 136.
Lastly, seniors should continue to check their school email often and regularly for helpful college admissions and scholarship information sent by the counselors. Students also should check the scholarship section of the Counselor's Corner as well as the application portals of the colleges to which they have applied or been accepted for valuable information and important next steps.
We are in need of some yard games for the Senior Class Picnic on May 15th. If any parents have some yard games and would be willing to loan them for the picnic, please reach out to the Senior Class Advisors, Michele Dillon or Sean Brown.

We are in the second half of the year and getting ready to spotlight our seniors on social media. This year, the seniors, led by Jillian Officer, took the initiative to create their own a senior class page on Instagram at STVM Class of 2025, and this is where they want to post all of these spotlights individually as they are submitted. Additionally, STVM will post the Senior Spotlights to the School's Instagram and Facebook pages as well.
We're helping to make this easy and get these Senior Spotlights started because we know all of your family want to see you shine on social media! It's quick and easy! Complete this Google Form, including the information we need to post it!
