π° Cakes can be dropped off on Friday morning before the or the morning of the Fair.
π Other items can be sent in with your daughter or delivered to Student Services from Monday, 11 August.
π Please donβt send any alcohol in with students.
We kindly ask that parents or carers drop off these items directly to Student Services instead.
Donations are also needed for the following:
π Secondhand clothes
π Secondhand SUMMER only uniforms (no bags or old-style sports)
π Books (No Textbooks)
π« Chocolate Wheel prizes
You can bring them to Student Services or keep an eye out for designated collection points that will be set up closer to the Fair.
Kerbside Drop-off
7:45 am to 8:45 am Monday, 8 Sept, Thursday, 11 Sept, Friday, 12 Sept
Garage entry via Rockwall Place. Parent volunteers will man a drop-off location at the entrance of the SVC Garage for Spring Fair donations.
Turn left into Rockwall Place (before the Sisters of Charity Heritage Centre), drive down the lane to and park outside the SVC Garage.
Parents will be available to assist you in unloading your donations. After unloading, you will exit back up the lane onto Rockwall Crescent.
Please follow the instructions given by the Parent Volunteers.
