WHY IT IS ESSENTIAL:
Activates the targeted muscles for that exercises
Decreases risk of injury
*It doesn't matter the amount you lift unless you are doing it properly

Increases power and strengthen by generating more active muscle tissue
Decrease your heart rate, cholesterol etc.
