Unit 1: Coordinates & Design

• Students will learn to use ordered pairs to plot points on a Cartesian Plane.
• Students will draw designs on a Cartesian Plane.
• Students will identify coordinates on the vertices of 2D shapes.
• Students will translate, reflect, and rotate points and shapes on a Cartesian plane.
• Students will determine the horizontal and vertical distances between points.
