  • Dismissal Plan/Procedures - All Hickory Woods students need to have an After School Plan completed before the first day of school.  Apple Pickup is limited to 75 families and only available for walkers (students that live in the HWE attendance area that do not have an assigned bus) and not registered for daily Prime Time Care.  Hawk Pickup is available for all students.  

    • Dismissal Plan - Required form for ALL Students

    • Apple Pick-Up - For families who pick up daily because they don't have bus access.

    • Hawk Pick-Up - For families who pick up regularly but also have bus access
