In week 1 session session 4, week 2 session 4 and week 3 session 4 we were setting up our group contract with my team, where we had to discuss how we well work together through out the course. It includes expectations, roles, responsibilities and norms to ensure effective collaboration and a positive team environment.

This was our first group activity after the team contract, where we had to draw a conflict tree about conflict management.

In module 2, I had to write my first term paper where I had to write about quality assurance in health system, the essay was straight forward and easy to understand, I had to write 1200-1500 words which that was fair because the words are not that many. I think I understood what I was required to write about but I think referencing is so hard for me but I tried my best.

This is my second essay of the semester, Term paper 2, here we had to write a historian paper about how pandemics and epidemics in South Africa has shaped the health system. I think this term paper was so hard to understand, as I was writing it I felt like I was somehow losing context, and the words required was too much (2500-3000), I t was hard for me to reach the number of words required which that made me to go off topic.

The spark question in week 5 session 1 was about explaining what success in health system could mean. Success in Health System could mean many things including efficiency, sustainability, and being adaptable, the system enable to respond effectively to both routine needs and emergencies.

In week 5 as we were learning about Donabedian model, I wrote this activity where I learned how to apply donabedian model in healthcare services, and on the right side it's the activity.

In this activity I learnt about search strategies which can be more useful when writing my term papers.

In this activity I did not really understand the questions, I feel like the questions needed more words but I wrote short words.

The question was "What role do you think policy plays in the health system".

In this activity I learnt about Research Process and had to read the article and answer the questions there.

This is our group activity of week 8 and week 9, where we were writing about Health Information System in South Africa.

This is our first group presentation which is talking about medicine in the community and I think we tried our best and did well.

This is our second presentation, I think this one was easier than the first one because I personally think I did not present my part very well on the first presentation.

This is our group report we did at the end of the semester, It was also not that complicated.
