Colorguard is a sport that involves spinning flags, sabers, and rifles along with dance. The colorguard is a specialized group that is a part of the Rider High School Band but also has their own competition season in the winter.

Here at Rider we strive to have a supportive group of girls with positive attitudes. We build each other up and help reach goals together!

Part of the performance experience is that it is a great way too boost confidence and push yourself out of your comfort zone.

Most of all, we use this group as a way to have fun! From football games to parades to bus rides the girls make unbreakable bonds with people that may not have necessarily been in their normal friend group.
