Testing

Students on Free/Reduced Lunch qualify for SAT/ACT waivers. Each waiver allows for:

• 2 Free SATs
• 6 Free SAT Subject Tests
• 2 Free ACTs
• Scores sent to colleges/universities at no cost

Students are allowed one waiver for their high school career. Tests can be taken their junior and senior year.

Hirschi HS provides the ASVAB test to students every year. The 2019-2020 school year ASVAB test date is November 21, 2019 from 7:30 - 11:30 AM in the Hirschi Library. Sophomores to Seniors are eligible to take the ASVAB.

Hirschi HS provides TSI testing to all sophomores. TSI testing for the 2019-2020 school year will take place February 3rd-14th, 2020.

TSI testing is also required for all higher education if a student has not already been exempted through SAT/ACT scores. The C&C Office can provide retakes to Juniors and Seniors in preparation for college.
