Hello, my name is Stella blu!
I wanted to join this class because of my deep love for food which stems from my childhood. Growing up, my dad was always watching cooking documentaries, shows, and talking about his experiences working with food, it always seemed to light him up in a way nothing else did. The best part was how this passion for food was something special between us, so every time he'd go food shopping, id tad along. We'd spend hours browsing, so one could say my passion for food was inherited. Growing up alongside him and a West Indian mother always made for the best food. Sill, he continues to support my cooking experiments and restaurant jobs, and I hope to explore those same culinary curiosities this semester!
