Letters that do not follow guidelines will have to be thrown away. If you are unsure if your ideas are okay, please ask one of the board members! Remember to be kind, creative, and positive!

**If we are writing letters to be sent to a specific hospital or non profit, make sure you follow the guidelines. If we are sending to a specific person, the guidelines will be adjusted at the meeting.
