What is the message behind your brand?
A.Y.P stands for align your purpose. It’s a brand about finding your purpose and doing what you want to do in life.
What do you want it to mean to other people?
Because I make clothes, that’s me finding my purpose and by creating this brand I’m supporting my message and inspiring others to find what they want to do for themselves and not what someone else told them to do like their parents, family, friends etc. Eventually, we’re all going to die and look back on our lives asking ourselves ‘did I live my life for myself or did I live my life for others?
What does the future look like for both you and your brand?
Right now, I’m trying to market at school by talking to people and becoming more well known throughout the school. I’m trying to branch out by running ads on instagram and promoting my brand’s website.
Where do the profits go?
All the profits go back into the business. Because it is my own original business, I can’t really pocket the money so it goes back to my models and the clothes for them to wear.
