Aperture can really totally change a photograph and give very different results. With a high aperture it's going to give a clear view of everything in the photograph which can be very interesting to create forced perspective like below. A low aperture is going to create a focus on one thing which is also very interesting to show the importance of the subject.

The ISO is a very interesting setting that can change a photograph. With a low ISO we can give kind of an ancient atmosphere. When we use a high ISO the photograph will be clearer.
