As an Act 2 Alumni himself, Austin Hess participated in Set crew, and even received an excellent rating for first a scenic design Thespy, and later a set design Thespy
Austin Hess was able to quickly assume his role as Act 2's Director in the absence of Rob Roy for the 2024-2025 season, even using his past set knowledge to help that season's set crew
