Bio:

This is my 17th year teaching physical education and my 13th year at Frontier Trail.  I enjoy introducing and teaching new skills and activities to my students.  I love making connections with kids and watching them grow during their middle school years.    

I was born and raised in Olathe.  I attended Olathe North High School where I played basketball and softball for 4 years.  After high school, I continued my softball career at Washburn University.  I transferred to Oklahoma State University my Junior year.  After college, I started my teaching career in Olathe and have been doing that since.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my 2 dogs (Charlie & Kobe), watching TV series, playing Fantasy Football, playing with my niece Teddie, and exercising.  I also love traveling to warm beaches.
