During this project I had made the decision to switch partners near the beginning of the project. My first partner seemed as tho they would be good for the project and work productively but was nothing like that. They would constantly walk off to others for answers instead of trying to figure it out with me, and wouldn't stay on task when they had to sit at the table with me. So I switched partners and everything immediately became more productive. Even tho my second partner didn't have as much experience as my first, they put in more effort to learn and understand what we were being taught and increased productivity.
I would say I did pretty good at giving in equal effort to the project, but, I do believe that I found myself wandering off task every so often when the work became a bit harder and I couldn't get something to work. Which led to my final project not being as good as I could've made it. think staying on task is something I am going to work on for the next project and future assignments to make sure that I make things to the best of their ability.
