During this project I was able to communicate with the group well and incorporate everyone's ideas into the trebuchet, as well as learn and understand all equations and components needed for the final document of efficacy. Me and my group were able to evenly spread out the work needed to complete the project and everyone got to have a fun time with each other while we did it. I was able to share my leadership role with my teammates, making it so that everyone got as much say in the project as others did.
The only thing I can think of that I would need to improve on next time is helping everyone in the group learn and do the equations for the final document. During the end of this project only me and one other teammate were able to complete and understand the equations needed to find the final numbers. Which wasn't really good to make sure that our numbers were correct, making it so that we couldn't know if we were both right or if we both had messed up in some part of an equation.
