Who I Am
Erin Liao was born in San Antonio, Texas in the summer of 2009 and lived there until 2011 when her family moved to Novato, California. There she attended San Ramon Elementary, graduated in 2020, moved onto Sinaloa Middle School, and currently attends San Marin High. Erin is enrolled in the STEM Program there and at the moment, she is studying the Principals of Engineering and Conceptual Psychics.
Why STEM
Erin's interest in STEM first sparked at her parentβs workplace. Both of her parents work in the field of science and would often teach Erin about the different tools and technology STEM uses. Erin would dive deeper into the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math at an anti-aging summer camp. There she was able to look through microscopes, build machines, and have a taste of STEM. Today, Erin is in the Engineering Program of the STEM Program at San Marin wanting to learn.Β
