To narrow down our list of potential customers, we designed a survey to understand the reception of our product. We complied questions relating to our product and explained it to a specific group of people. From these survey results, we figured out that our main audience is tennis players, people who worked at their computers for hours, and anyone in general who had forearm pain. These results also helped us compile the market's demands and wants for our design to make sure we were meeting our user's needs.
These were our biggest takeaways from both the survey and our background research on what was necessary to include in our product.Â
