Power san marin

For this project we had to try to make a power grid for San Marin. We could use any source of energy. Me an josh chose to use an onshore wind turbine because it generates the most electricity possible for the price and we can sell our excess energy back to the power company and make more money for the school. It would cost 1.6 million for the power grid.

SM micro grid

Wind turbine design- Our wind turbine would have 3 blades each 116 long. The turbine would be 212 ft tall in total making it 328 ft tall.

Reflection

I improved my critical thinking skills during this project by thinking about how to power San Marin in different ways. I also think i improved my time management because i was not here for a lot of the project and it made me have to work more when I was here. Some thing I think I could've improved on was collaboration because me and my team were off task alot I think I should improve that on the next project.
