Julius is carried on through his family.

Bernard, Paul, and Sheila became incredibly sucessful and happy members of society. Bernard became a professional, working as a doctor in Northern California. Paul was an academic and renowned author, becoming one of the world's most important historians on Freud and psychoanalysis. Sheila worked as a guidance counselor and volunteered, bringing Russian Jews to the US during the Cold War. Paul and Sheila each had two children, who became sucessful in business and academia. Bernard and Sheila, Julius' two living children, tell his story to anyone who will listen.

Julius is carried on through the automobile industry.

Julius left a lasting mark on business and industry in the Greater-Boston area. Creating the first automobile parts and repair shop, he paved the way for the next generation.

Julius is carried on through Boston.

While he was born abroad, Boston was Julie's home. The city is a character in his story, and also a powerful reminder of the change that immigrants can create in Massachusetts and America.
