Francisca immigrated to the United States in 1986 in search of an improved quality of living. While in the Dominican Republic, her family suffered from poverty and faced numerous socioeconomic obstacles. Despite their contentment with their lifestyle, she immigrated to improve the safety of her children, give them more opportunities, and improve her financial situation.  

Francisca has been married for nearly 60 years and is now a loving mother of six and grandmother of two. She continues to support her family members in the Dominican Republic and serves as an exemplary role model for her children and grandchildren.
