It is a foul regardless of whether the blocker’s hands are inside or outside the frame of the defender’s body. It cannot be held valid during the 2nd or 4th quarter of the game. Roughing the passer is a call similar to football. But with the passer being the Midfield/Defensive player. But there is one exception, being this penalty can be called during the 1st quarter challenge period. And can only be called by an offensive player.
An illegal pass can be called during any stage of the game. (Even shot grace periods) It can be called if the pass being performed possesses any of the following qualities: Thrown from behind the back, Thrown through the waist (Except if the serpentine rule is in place), a counter-clockwise throw from the non-dominant hand. In addition, the pass is considered illegal if an illegal ball is in use. (See Section 2 Rules A-B)

A Ball Restart in the sport of blink ball is when a player purposefully degenerates a pass, causing the ball to coagulate. When this happens, all players within five possessions of the ball are dispelled for a total of 2 plays
A dent can be juked by a 2nd chair offensive specialist only under certain conditions. First, the ball must have been in play for a total of 15 seconds or more. Second, the team point percentage differential must be on a ratio of over 2:7 (Or simply taking the lead). Lastly, the overall set guard of the defense must be at a score of at or over 124. If all these conditions are met then the Dent can be rightfully juked, otherwise, it is a penalty.
