Individual - Level Components

There are several ways to report a bullying incident:

1. Fill out the attached Bullying Incident Report form and return it to the appropriate administrator. If the bullying incident occurred in the Elementary, please return the report form to Mr. Meyer. If the bullying incident occurred in the High School, please return the report form to Mr. Foss.

2. Complete the attached Bullying Incident Report GOOGLE FORM. This will automatically filter to the appropriate administrator.

3. Use the Bullying Incident Report App that is installed on all iPads. This too will automatically filter to the appropriate administrator.

REMEMBER...when in doubt, it is best to REPORT!
