Ways to add a little exercise to your game collection!

Jenga

****My family has really been enjoying this game in all different ways!****

1) Add exercises to 1/4 of your Jenga blocks! Don't forget to include blocks that award your opponent of choice 10 of an exercise you choose!

2) Use your jenga blocks to fall like dominoes. Any left standing with exercises you should do!

3) Jenga domino game: divide blocks into half. Each person builds their Jenga Domino run. You have to predict how many will remain standing. The person who knocks down the most win.

Board Games with Dice

Choose a number roll of the dice for an exercise! This will break up some of the long games and get the family moving! We chose the numbers 5 and 6 for our game of Clue. If you roll either of those numbers you have to choose an exercise for the exercise list! (jumping jacks, burpee's, crab dips, chair dips, push ups, sit ups, wall push ups, soup can curls, 60 second run in place)
