Students read books from a statewide list of YA titles. Reading takes place from June through February. Each student reads as many books from the list as possible and tries to remember details about the characters, setting and plot line. Our BOB students meet weekly to talk about the books, study and read. In January and February we do intensive studying and nominate 4 of our best candidates to compete at the state level. There is an online battle during the school day in the last week of February. Statewide winners are announced in March. If you love reading and want to sign up for the BOB team please see Mr. Weber in the library. BOB is now done for the year. We will start up again in October.
