Is responsible for all the battalion does or fail to do
Execute all responsibilities in the name of the Senior Army Instructor; seek advice and assistance from the instructor staff and carry out all of their directives quickly and completely

Command Sergeant Major

Assist subordinate NCOs, the battalion XO, and the adjutant with administrative duties/details
Ensure that the battalion area, including the drill field, is maintained in a high state of police at all times and that JROTC offices and classrooms are kept neat and orderly
Perform other duties as assigned by the battalion commander, battalion executive officer, or the instructor staff
Assume command of the battalion in the absence of all officers
Assist the adjutant in the formation and alignment of the battalion at all battalion formations.

Kamrin Whilley

Organize the cadet battalion staff properly and ensure that it works as a team
Ensure that instructions and orders issued to the cadet battalion are in accordance with the established policies of the cadet battalion commander; report all violations of orders to the cadet battalion commander
Inspect the work of the cadet battalion staff and make other inspections as directed by the cadet battalion commander

Battalion Staff

Adjutant (Personnel) Officer
Principal staff officer for all matters concerning human resources including personnel readiness, personnel services and headquarters management
Provides administrative support for the battalion
Prepares and maintains unit strength reports, rosters and records

Operations (Training) Officer
Primary Staff Officer responsible for coordinating the logistics integration of supply, maintenance, transportation and services for the battalion
Responsible for early coordination with and serves as a link between Cadets and the cadre supply technician
Serves on event staff for planning and conducting battalion training events

Logistics (Supply) Officer
Primary Staff Officer responsible for coordinating the logistics integration of supply, maintenance, transportation and services for the battalion
Manages supply closet

Public Affairs (Special Projects) Officer
Specifically responsible for the written material, consolidation and publication of the battalion newsletter and website
Serves as a focal point for local advertising of the program
Coordinates with S-4 and CSM to contact for catering for special events
Responsible for photo/video support for all Battalion events
