At the registration desk:

If you have opted for t-shirt and/or the trip, you will have to make the payment at the registration desk. We would prefer if you paid in cash, there is an SBI ATM inside campus, in the Dining Hall Complex.

Registration charges (excluding accommodation) : in INR

Undergraduate and Masters : 1000

PhD : 2500

Postdoc : 4000

Faculty : 5000

Accommodation charges:

Guest-house:

single room ( 2200 + GST/night)

Double occupancy (1000 + GST per person/night )

We have reserved rooms in IISER Pune Guest House that can be booked by contacting us.

We also have "Adopt a neuro-scientist" scheme where in you get to stay with students of IISER-Pune which will be beneficial for increasing connections and taking care of our pockets

We have a daycare on campus that is happy to accommodate visiting neurotoddlers and neuropreteens. Feel free to bring your family along and turn NGN into a 'workation'. Also, bring a musical instrument/sense of humor along for open mike night.

Poster Specifications

Poster board size is 5ft (height)X4 ft(width). Actual posters should be smaller than this size. Double sided tapes will be provided for attaching the posters to the boards. There is no printing facility for posters at the venue.
