Availability & Requests

GRPS receives many requests for data, and to support those needs has compiled resources available through MI School Data. If your data need is not met by MI School Data, please complete a data request. 

The MI School Data portal is the State of Michigan’s official public portal for education data. It is designed to provide parents, educators, schools, districts, and citizens with access to standardized assessment results, demographic information, and more. Data are available at the state, intermediate school district, district, and school level.  

Application Deadlines

Starting July 1, 2022, GRPS revised submission and review windows for research and data requests. The new application and processing windows are presented.
