Tryouts: Beginning of season
Practice
- - Location: Pool
  - Time: 2-3 hours
  - JV and Varsity practice together, usually use different diving boards
Competitions
- - One BVAL meet per week
    - - 6 dives per athlete
  - Five groups of dives (forward, backward, reverse, inward, twisting)
