Please enter through the main gate.
Delegate registrations will be held outside the General Office, near the foyer, from 9.00am to 10.00am. Please ensure that you are punctual. For your reference, a picture of the school campus map is shown below.

The SWN@SSOE network will be available at RVMUN 2026. All delegates with an SWN account may log in to use the school wifi. Delegates without an SWN account should use their personal hotspot throughout the duration of the conference.
EMERGENCY SOP
In case of a fire:
Stay calm and do not panic. Listen to the announcement from the PA system.
Follow the instructions given by your dais and the organising committee.
Leave your belongings and leave the venue in an orderly manner.
The assembly area in case of a fire is the field.
Continue remaining in your councils as the dais takes attendance.
Do not leave the assembly area until dismissed.
In case of a lockdown:
Stay calm and do not panic. Listen to the announcement from the PA system.
Stay where you are and follow the instructions given by your dais and the organising committee
Do not move around and/ or get up to leave until clear instructions have been given that it is safe to do so.
CASUALTY SOP
If you get injured during a council session:
Immediately inform your dais. Your dais will then let the Administrative team know.
An Administrative team organising committee member will bring you to the General Office.
Inform your next-of-kin if necessary.
If you get injured somewhere outside your council venue:
Immediately inform the nearest organising committee member or director. They will inform the Administrative team.
Follow them or an Administrative team organising committee member to the General Office.
Inform your next-of-kin if necessary.
LOST & FOUND SOP
If you lose an item:
Immediately inform your dais or any organising committee member. Let them know your name, delegation, and council.
Provide a brief description of the item and where you last brought it.
If found, the organising committee will bring the item to your council venue.
If your item has not been brought to you by the end of the day, inform your dais, and they will accompany you to the MPP Room so that you can look through the Lost & Found stash.
If you find an item:
Immediately inform the nearest organising committee member or director.
Let them know where you found the item.
They will bring the item to the MPP Room to put in the Lost & Found stash.
Do not bring the item anywhere with you even if you think you know who it belongs to.
