Dominican University of California-Social Justice-Class of 2026
About Me
Growing up mostly in Sebastopol and Sonoma County in general, I often spent time running, hiking, and visiting friends here in Marin. My godparent’s were even married at a church in downtown San Rafael. It is easy to call this place home.
My story with Dominican thus far has involved growing myself and my ability through the cross country and track program. With great coaches, support staff, and athletic trainers, I have gotten through injuries quickly and improved speed and strength quickly as well.
My story has involved service learning with Voces De Canal, Next Generation Scholars, The Hannah Project and The Dance Arts Community Project where I was lucky enough to learn from and work with the youth of Marin county.
As someone deeply involved in the social justice field, the biggest role model I have, outside of my personal life, is Greta Thunberg. She is making such a difference at a young age and consistently using her voice for good and aiding in climate advocacy, the free palestine movement, and so much more.
