Ever since I was a child, I have been drawn to healthcare and loved helping others. I was the kid who ran to injured classmates on the playground, eager to hand out bandages and ice packs alongside the yard supervisor. I admired my pediatrician and was fascinated by every detail of her work, from the equipment to the procedures. As I grew older, I was further inspired by my parents’ nursing careers and stories These experiences shaped my passion for nursing, and I hope to carry that inspiration forward by bettering the lives of patients in need.
Once I earn my RN license, I plan to pursue a career in women's health and maternity nursing, where I can support patients through pregnancy, childbirth, and all stages of reproductive health. In the future, I plan to become a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) so I can provide holistic, lifelong care and advocate for women's health at a higher level.
