My name is Madison Lily O’Neill.
I have always been fascinated by how people grow, learn, and develop. I believe that every person deserves to feel a sense of belonging and that true growth happens through connection—we need one another to thrive.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, where I studied psychology and constitutional law. As technology continues to shape modern life, I believe that cultivating critical thinking and ethical awareness is essential to preparing students for thoughtful participation in society.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, I have lived and worked in Mexico City, Zihuatanejo, and Rome, experiences that deepened my appreciation for culture and communication. I am passionate about inspiring students to discover the power of language and to see themselves as global citizens.
I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Education and dual-teaching credentials at Dominican University. Here, I am learning to teach with both compassion and high expectations, nurturing students’ curiosity, confidence, and sense of purpose.
