Once you graduate or leave Dominican, your Dominican Gmail account will be shut down by the IT department after 120 days.

To ensure you have your Google Site after graduation or if you leave Dominican, make a copy of your Site and transfer ownership to a personal Gmail Account.

1) Open your Digital Portfolio and click on "Share with Others" (icon w/ plus sign)

2) Add the personal email address in 'invite people' box. Make sure they 'can edit' portfolio. Check the 'notify people' and 'prevent editors...' boxes. Then press send.

3) After pressing send on step 2, an "Are You Sure?" box will pop up. Click YES.

4) Go to personal gmail account and open email > Click 'OPEN'

Log in to the account from which you want to import (bring over) mail.
Click the Settings gear icon (⚙️) in the Gmail account's toolbar.
Select Settings from the menu that comes up.
Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
Select Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded) under POP Download: regardless of the current POP download status (under Status:).
