Accessibility begins well before a student enrolls at Dominican. It involves experiences as an undergraduate or community member, as well as throughout the enrollment process, and during orientation.
Dominican seeks to increase belonging for graduate students by creating a welcoming space and preparing faculty and staff on how to best serve students from all backgrounds.
Student relationships with advising, coaching, and mentoring are paramount to achievement. Wrap-around services to assist students in navigating life issues are also essential to keep graduate students on the path to success.
Through the Dominican Experience, students will develop the tools and experiences necessary to document and highlight achievements throughout their academic career in preparation for life after graduation.
