This year the game is Low G, based upon lunar exploration. The field was a canvas material to simulate the rocky unpredictable terrain of the moon with a hub at the center where all the "rovers" had access to. A few tasks were; cleaning the solar panel, collecting mineral samples, and restoring an antenna along the path.Â
Our primary action plan for our offensive strategy is to set the course on the hardest difficulty. Our first move in the game is to repair the radio antenna to allow the spotter a broader range to move. If the Hoberman Sphere is still available to activate, it will be our next target. Since we will already be in the lunar crater, we will drop off all three of the habitat modules in our detachable container, along with the aid of the spotter. Next, the robot would complete the core sample task with our triple gripper by delivering all three to the processing box at the same time. After that, if the timing is correct, we will position and clean the solar array. Finally, our robot will grab the battery cable and return to the starting box. The astronaut will also accompany us on the robot the whole time.
