This is a watercolor of the San Giorgio maggiore, part of an island in Venice. My favorite part of this project was probably the drawing itself rather than the water color. I had a lot of fun mapping out where the buildings were aligned and how they all looked together. I struggled when it came to picking colors and shading in certain areas because it felt like I could never get the right color for some parts. Other than that, this is probably my favorite project of the year in 2 Dimensional Art.
