This was my first project and it definitely didn't turn out as well as I thought it would. 

I chose this design because my initials are KRT and I wanted my design to have all letters to be shown. We used paper mache, paint, and cardboard.  The project turned out how I wanted it to, it showed all 3 of my initials and my hobbies, I am enrolled in a flight school so I put a plane and the numbers of the runway in Visalia, I play baseball so I added this, and I race cars so I put a car on there and 56 is my racing number. If I was to do this problem again I would be a lot cleaner with the paint and detail. I was really just painting everything red and then went over it with black but if I did it again I would just paint and blend them together instead of them overlapping. 

I choose a penguin because I think they are one of the most interesting animals. We used just clay to construct our animals. I think the project turned out well because if you actually look at it you will know that it is a penguin. If I was to do this project again I would do a different animal that would need more colors because I only needed about 3 colors for this penguin which made it pretty easy. 

I based the foam piece off of my wallet that I personally use. We used just foam to complete this project, I think it turned out well but the project wasn't the most enjoyable one to work on. If I was to do it again I would use an object that wasn't so small so I wouldn't have to detail it so much. 

I only made 1 project because I didn't do great on the pottery wheel. We used clay and the pottery wheel to make this project. Even though I wasn't very successful I still think I was one of the most enjoyable projects and I like how my mug turned out. If I was to do it again I would try and make a bowl and use a different color glaze so that the final project would be totally different. 

The clay pot was definitely one of the most fun projects this year. I went for a skinny style body then a flare at the top because I thought it would turn out good and I think that it did, I really liked the outcome of the project especially with the glaze. I liked how the glaze was reflective and looks like oil. If I was to do this project again I wouldn't change a thing because I love how it turned out.
