During this project, I learned how to be precise with detail and how to blend all my pencil markings. I also learned how to draw features on a face and how to make them realistic. However, I wish that I made my face more shaded in certain places and more darker around my eyes and chin. I really like how my hair turned out and how my eyelashes turned out. Overall, I am very pleased with how my self portrait drawing turned out.
During this project, I learned how to be precise and not rush completion. I also learned how to make specific colors I need out of just a few colors given. However, I wish that the wrapping paper and top of the box looked more realistic. I really liked the bright colors of the macrons and I also am happy that you can actually tell what I painted. I also liked the thicker consistency of the acrylic paint, it was easier to work with. Overall, I like this project but it got very frustrating.
During this project, I learned how to be patient and take my time. I also learned not to go to deep when etching and realise that less can be more. However, I wished that I etched the right side of the bunny a little less instead of it being so harsh once the ink got on it. I really like how realistic it ended up turning out and the fur details. I also liked that I didn't add any color to my final project and kept it simple. Overall, I liked this project beside the part where it made my hand super sore.
During this project, I learned how to have self control along the way. I would often rush and not want to wait for the water color to dry before adding another layer. Over time, I gained self control to allow the first layer to dry. I also learned how to make shadows with water color which I didn't know before. However, I wish that I took more time and didn't rush so it could look more 3d. I really like the pops up red all ovber the painting. I also liked that the the door looks like ti has shadowing all over. Overall, this wasn't my favortie project but I think it could be if I took more time on it on my part.
During this project, I learned how to blend really well and make the colored pencils as smooth as possible. I also learned how to pay attention to detail and how to create realistic shadows. However, I wish I was able tp be more percise on the roses and make them look a bit more realistic. I love how smooth I got the colored pencils and all the different shadows. I also think the roses give the perfect touch to complete the photo. Overall, this was my favortie project of the year and I'm happy that we saved the best for last!
