Back to School Dance Poster

This was the first project of the year. We made posters on Canva to advertise the Back to School Dance. I learned how to make an attractive design on Canva that has good information and would make people want to go to the dance. The neon theme for the dance inspired me. I wanted my poster to be very bright and make it super clear that it's a neon dance. The goal of the project is to make people want to go to the dance and I feel like this poster is good for that, it is what I hoped my poster would look like. I loved that it was bright and simple and clearly showed its a neon dance, I didn't like how the font gets harder to read with the colors and sizes I needed to make it a neon poster. Overall I was super happy with the final product of this assignment.

Socia Media Athletics Post

I chose to make my post of tennis because that is the sport I play. Again, I used Canva to make this post. I learned how to download an image onto my drive and then to upload that image onto Canva. CVC colors inspired me for the design and this was meaningful because I play CVC tennis. The goal of this project was to create an instagram post for a high school tennis match, and I think I achieved it because it gives all the information for our match against Redwood. Yes, this is what I hoped for and I think others would like this project too. My favorite part is that we have pictures of our own seniors playing tennis. I'm really happy with how this post turned out!

Throughline Poster

For this project we wanted to make throughline posters that fit high school better than the generic posters the rest of the school has. The goal was to have different posters for each group of classes per throughine. I did Creation Enjoying for Math, Science and Health. I am super happy with how it turned out and I think it clearly shows that it is directed towards this group of subjects. I really liked this project because I like working with the templates in Canva. I am super happy with how this poster ended up looking.

Throughline Poster

This poster was part of the throughline posters we made, just like the one above it. I had Order Discovering for Bible, History, and English. Again, I really enjoyed making it because I think it's super fun to play with different Canva templates. I am super happy with how this poster looks because I think it displays the throughline well and looks really good for the subjects it goes with.
