The food I drew for my 2DART project were mochis, which are Japanese rice cakes filled with ice cream. The reason I drew these is because they are my favorite kind of dessert and they are delicious. The easiest part to draw about these was the actual base color of the mochis and the hardest part of it was the wood and the powder part of the mochis and trying to make it look like powder. The fun part was mixing colors and learning how to make new colors even though brown was hard to make at times.
