Sina

For my Honduras project, my girl that I chose is named Naomi. For this project were working on pencil, colored pencil, and oil pastels. For mine I want to do oil pastels because it's something I have never done before. We are doing this project to bring comfort and joy to the children in Honduras and to let them know that there are kids around the world that are thinking about them. I am excited to see how my project turns out and I hope that Naomi likes it and enjoys it.

I decided for my project I want to do oil pastel. I would say I'm best at colored pencil, but I really want to challenge myself with something I haven't done before. I was discouraged with the oil pastel at first, but the more I did it the more fun I had and I liked it very much. The colored pencil was kind of out of the picture for me from the get go because I don't really have a lot of fun with it, but my practice turned out better than I thought it would. I'm very excited to do oil pastel because it is new and looks different from anything else I have done.
