REFLECTION- During this project we will be creating a portrait for a child in Sierra Leone. I hope that the kids that recieve these projects enjoy the way I draw them :]

SIERRA LEONE PRACTICES- I loved trying out these new mediums and getting a feel for how I'd like to go about this project. I struggled the most with rendering the ears and the mouth on both kids. The eyes and the area around the eyes is the easiest part for me and it's where I start the piece altogether. I like the practices that I did, so hopefully they look just as good or better in the final product. For Isatu I will be doing colored pencil and for Ibrahim I will be doing chalk pastels, extra colors or the background may be done with other mediums but I don't know yet.
