For this project we used different types of pencils for different values. We used the dot theory to get it to twice the size of the smaller photo that we took of ourselves holding a tool. I love how it came out especially since I am not that great at drawing hands or tools.
This was the third clay project that we did, after the clay jar and whistle. We used clay coils to create a pattern on the inside of the bowl, and then we smoothed out the outside. I had a different pattern before settling on this "wave" like pattern. I love how it turned out, and I actually like the lack of green paint.
This was the second clay project that we did, after the clay jar. We created a hollow sphere and connected an eraser shaped piece of clay. We used Popsicle sticks to create a hole in the piece of clay. We had to get it to whistle (which took me two weeks).
this was the first project that I did in 3d art, I like how this came out even though I glazed it with brown as well. It only came out as teal, but I like it like that. we used clay of course to create this hexagon box and then used tools for the patterning.
this project was meant to be a realistic animal sculpture made out of clay. It was meant to look like some sort of metal statue though, so we painted it with bronze paint. I don't really like how it looks in some spots, mostly the face of the animal, but other than that, I'm fine with it.
for this project we traced the original photos outlined the tracing with black and then water colored them, I like how it turned out I just wish the colors could've been brighter in some areas.
